Our condominium is governed by a board of directors elected from the unit owners of the condominium, as mandated by The Condominium Property Act, 1993 and The Condominium Property Regulations, 2001. The board is responsible for governing and managing the assets of the corporation and is elected annually at the annual general meeting of the organization.
Additionally, the board members of Willowgrove Condominium (Phase 1) commit to following the Code of Ethics for Members of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).

Willowgrove Apartment Condominium Corporation (WACC) is a single corporation that is split up into two separate phases associated with each building on the premises: 115 Willowgrove Crescent is run by Phase 1, and 121 Willowgrove Crescent is run by Phase 2. The clubhouse is shared by both properties. Most of the day-to-day operations are decided by each board independently, but issues that impact the property as a whole are decided by a joint board comprised of equal numbers of Phase 1 and Phase 2 representatives. These include issues such as external improvements to exclusive-use common areas (i.e., balconies), landscaping, or clubhouse issues.
